Start Up Training and Marketing Plan
Once your are an Oil Butler franchise owner you need to get your business up and running. This start-up phase is critical to any business and it is during the first six months that the franchise support programs are most helpful.
Training
Franchise start-up training is packaged in a comprehensive course that teaches you everything you need to know in the area of mobile oil changes, maintenance of your trailer, simple business planning and techniques to help locate customers. Training takes place at the Oil Butler headquarters in New Jersey.
During the training course you will also spend time with the president of Oil Butler, Samuel E. Casternovia. Mr. Casternovia is the author of a success video tape called the "Eye of Success". He will teach you the basic principles that have made him and others successful. Mr. Casternovia has said many times, "If someone starts a business with just basic business knowledge, he may do well, but if he really understands the basics of success, stay out of his way because he will be a winner".
If for any reason you are not comfortable with any part of the training you can stay and Oil Butler will train you on an individual basis until you are comfortable, at no additional cost.
Business Launch
When you first get home from the training program you will have your initial start-up package of professionally designed printed materials. This package includes everything you will need to start your initial marketing campaign and building your business. The training you received along with the telephone support will get you up and running.
On Going Support
The key to your success is our on-going support. This will not only guide you during the start up phase, but as your business grows you will find this support invaluable for everything from closing large accounts to finding out about new national accounts that have come on board.
